Indian Fashion

I never had an idea of how an Indian dress looks like until I came here in India. It's a fashion with so much elegance.

A lehenga or saree is never complete without these things:

1. Bangles- a whole lot of it in both hands

2. Necklace- should be heavy, long and shiny

3. Earrings- preferably big ones

4. Anklets- should have one in each foot

And all of these should match to the color of the lehenga or saree that you're wearing plus a heavy make-up.

What I love most to wear is LEHENGA (the one in the photo above). I feel like a princess everytime I'm wearing it. The way it waves when you move. The way it emphasizes a woman's figure.

I also like SAREE but I'm not comfortable in it. I feel like a spring roll ready to be tossed. I can't walk properly and my moves are limited. I salute to Indian women who can really carry it well. Specially those who can dance while wearing it. It's amazing how they can do the moves!

Indian fashion is a unique blend of style and elegance. Even if you're not confident in wearing it, it wouldn't show as the dress glows and shows nothing but a woman's natural beauty.
